Bauxite

Bauxite is an aluminum ore and is the main source of aluminium. Most of the world’ s bauxite reserves are used for manufacturing of aluminum. Also, bauxite is widely used as a refractory material, consumed for production of refractory blocks and cements; it is also consumed in metallurgical applications such as production of submerged arc welding fluxes.
